Shipping Policy

We offer 2 types of Delivery methods:

Local Pickup: Please contact us at info@ransomd.ca to set up an appointment for pick up. We are located in Abbotsford, BC. Local Pickup option requires pick up within 5-7 days of purchase. 

Standard Shipping: Any items ordered will take 5-7 business days to process before posted for delivery via Canada post.

Shipping cost is automatically calculated at checkout and are considered non-refundable.

Beware that international shipping may have extra fees. Please check International Shipping policy below.​

We currently only ship to the U.S. besides Canada.

International packages (U.S.) have a 5-10 business day processing time before being sent for delivery via Canada Post/USPS.

Please be aware that all international orders (outside Canada) may be subject to sales tax, import duties and custom charges, which is to be covered by the receiver (customer). Ransom'd Life Co is not responsible for any extra fees that may occur. This rate is determined by the receiving Country. Please contact your local customs for further information.

If your package has not arrived within 5-10 days from the confirmed date of shipment, please email us at info@ransomd.ca and a representative will be happy to help you locate your order to ensure it is in route to you.
